Roy W. Foxall Trial Attorney

I paid this attorney a lot of money for my divorce. He is a nice guy but he was very disorganized, unprepared and it seemed as if he was "winging it" with my divorce case. He was too laid back and non agressive when trying to settle. I probably could have had a better outcome if I would have just represented myself. I made a big mistake hiring this guy! Please don't make the same mistake.

My Company used Roy for our litigation against a major player who was trying to take advantage of a small company. Roy Foxhall and myself worked out a deal to get $10,000 off the bill and pay the remainder in monthly payment interest free. In my opinion Roy is a superior Atty.

Great Attorney, he did help me out on a case a couple of weeks ago. I got to Florida from Virginia and he was ready for the court . He did great and I won the case.nnOther party Attorny was a bully and Roy managed the case in a very calm and smart way. nnGive him enough information and enough time to defend you. If you are innocent he Will help you. If you are guilty that is your issue at the end.

Great attorney! very knowledgeable. He actually cares about his clients. Roy has helped me on a few cases. I don't know what I would do without his expertise on my side!

I wish I would have read more of the reviews! Not only is he unprofessional but I believe him to be unethical and we have followed up with the ethics board. His staff is rude and his secretary hung up on me when I questioned why they didn't do their due diligence. We frequently found out through my fathers soon to be ex-wife things that the attorney had not submitted or been compliant on. Several contempt hearings were set because of his incompetence. Again the only reason we knew about these was because my father's soon to be ex-wife informed us!
