Have sold and bough multiple homes through RSR and specifically Garrett Rothman. Every experience I have had was positive. I highly recommend this realty company.

Contacted Garret Rothman 3 times about a property and he never got back to me. My realator tried to get info and he never got back to him either. Going to try getting a hold of the owner of the property and let them know how incompetent Garret Rothman is.

I have nothing good to say about this company. It started with the rude receptionist at the Lemoyne Office and continued from there. We plan on buying a home worth over $278,000 and we wanted to find a realtor to represent us, a good friend told me to use RSR so I thought I'd give them a try. I called twice and left messages with the receptionist... 5 days passed and no reply was received. I then went to the office in person and asked the receptionist if I could meet with a realtor she replied with a terse "not unless you tell me who you are?". Once I answered I was informed that there were no realtors on site and was given a card with the name of a realtor on it. Now, I should have gave up here but my friend told me they were good to work with, so I wrote off the receptionist's behavior and attempted to contact a the realtor on the card. That realtor never responded to my call either. What kind of outfit dismisses a chance to make an easy commission by representing a confirmed home buyer is beyond me. Very unprofessional to say the least. Never again!
