I run Silliman Private Lending and have had a great experience with Rubin and Lublin. Foreclosure fees are standard, communication and professionalism has been great. They have been very easy to work with. Most of the negative reviews and people mad that they are being foreclosed on.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could. No communication whatsoever and they do anything they canto screw your over. Go anywhere else!!!

Horrible at communicating with clients. Also, does not do what he says he will do. Charges outrageous amounts and can't provide an itemized statement for the charges. Highly recommend you do NOT use this law firm!

They were friendly and responsive. After talking to the man whom answers the phone, I feel like they've really worked with me so I could keep my home. It didn't matter why I called, they made me feel better about the whole situation which is strange for me to say about a law firm. But I appreciate their kindness and affirmations.

I should have listened to previous reviewers, but my clients didn’t have much of a say in who the buyers used as their attorney. Horrible, non existent communication, never a call or email back, and very unfriendly office staff. The attorney was nice enough, but he didn’t seem to care either when I mentioned the total lack of communication from his staff. They really need to hire and train better personnel, who know how to interact with customers.
