Please verify with your bank before making any payments. I was quoted a thousand dollars higher, given a shorter payment time, and the wiring address was wrong. I feel like they are intentionally scamming people. Talk to your bank, not this group.

I should have listened to previous reviewers, but my clients didn’t have much of a say in who the buyers used as their attorney. Horrible, non existent communication, never a call or email back, and very unfriendly office staff. The attorney was nice enough, but he didn’t seem to care either when I mentioned the total lack of communication from his staff. They really need to hire and train better personnel, who know how to interact with customers.

My father passed away and he had a second mortgage outstanding. The next thing I knew an auction of his home had been scheduled but I was able to contact Rubin Lublin and they were able to help me get the auction postponed to allow me to pay off the loan and save my father's home. I really appreciate their help at a rather difficult time.

Not sure if this is a legitimate attorneys office. I have tried to talk to someone other than a receptionist for over three weeks and have never been able to speak to a attorney nor received a call back. It also seems that there phone system puts you on their automated answering system if you call more than once a day. This is a HARD do not use. Letter to the bar association will follow

This is the worst experience I've ever had with a closing attorney. They were so unorganized, they made several clerical errors, they did not close on time, the money was not disbursed properly, and their customer service was sub par. They made obvious mistakes and did nothing to right their wrongs. I highly recommend to never use this company with regards to anything real estate related.
