Words can not describe my gratitude for this Firm, My attorney who represented me was Christopher Rusca. I was being stalked on the internet for quite some time to the point in which this individual attempted to obtain sensitive information on me such as a credit report and information from the FBI as well. This individual was posting pictures of my home, my full address pictures of my family etc.. and when it came time to file a police report this person ran down and filed a frivolous petition for a restraining order to conceal acts he has committed. the moment this individual obtained that restraining order he began to threaten me with jail he has even made several false police reports accusing me of calling him and his wife threatening them. My attorney Chris was able to handle this swiftly and the request for a restraining order was denied. what I like the most about the attorney who represented me is he knows the law, I mean you ask him a question and he goes right into that mode citing what the law reads how it applies in other words he is brilliant when it comes down to it. My wife and I can not express how professional and how persistent this firm is being that I live in Los Angeles county and all I would absolutely advise anybody in the fresno area to consider this firm. No doubt we would hire Christopher Rusca & Rusca & Rusca law firm again...

Mrs. Rusca is one of the rudest and most arrogant lawyers I have ever met. I went to her for assistance in filing divorce papers. Not only did she not listen to what I had to say, she made snide comments about my situation and even told me I was dumb for leaving my abusive husband. All in all, she wanted $200 to file my paperwork, which wasn't bad considering what most lawyers charge, but I ultimately decided that I'd rather pay more money for an attorney who will listen to what a potential client has to say and treat them with respect than pay an attorney who treats her potential clients like trash. If anyone were to ask me about her, I'd tell them to take their money elsewhere.
