Additionally, I was located in another State while the person I intended to sue was in Texas. Which is why I needed a lawyer based in Texas to bring my issue forward. I had sent my property out of state to a specialist to be repaired, since local services weren't up to the task. My property was being withheld and not being returned to me after paying for the repair and diagnostic services. The person holding my property had constantly ignored any text messages, emails and phone calls I sent for over two months and I finally decided to go for legal action. I paid for a consultation and presented my issue and evidence.
