If I could equate bad bedside manner from a surgeon I would equate this attorney with the worst experience I’ve had with an attorney. Took a $35. Cash for a meeting. Barely spoke with me during consultation. Kept me so far from him I was forced to throw documents on his desk. Worst attorney consultation I’ve ever had. Would never engage him given his behavior during consultation.

When your life is flipped upside down by an unnecessary and nasty hardship, it is hard to think logically and fairly. Mr. Russell helped me keep my feet on the ground and my sanity intact. I appreciate the help that was provided to maneuver through the legal system, negotiation process, proper filing language and legal procedures. Mr. Russel was honest, knowledgeable and forthcoming in all of our communications and transactions. I hope I never have to go through this again but I would hire Mr. Russell if the need were to arise. Gratefully satisfied to move forward with dignity and resolution.

I like Mr. Russel. He's super busy. But he's a damn good Attorney. I hope one day if I can get my Paralegal Certification for someone like him to mentor me. I want to save people lives like he does. He's a real life super hero.

This guy is less than worthless. Save your time and your money and find someone else to work with. Smug, rude, and will happily take your money without providing an ounce of actual useful "advice". After specifically asking to bring in paperwork supporting my case, he didn't even take the time to look at any of it, instead persisting that "the law is very clear". Dan Russell, if the law was clear then this nation wouldn't have a Supreme Court, and nothing would ever be argued or litigated in and outside of court.
