The folks that said he doesn’t return calls or emails and just takes your money and runs are 100% accurate. His site said he cares about people and what they’re going through, yet he does not do anything for folks that are really going through a true hardship. Find a better attorney than this guy. He’s a joke.

I am a single mother who was looking for assistance on how to move forward filing the proper documents to file for sole custody of my child. I had a consultation with Dan. And was very disappointed to find out that he gave me expired documents and some that were missing. I had to go to the courthouse and request for the proper documentation and spent more money that I don't have. I had sent Daniel a message about this and was very polite about the situation and expressed that I will no longer be using his services. He never responded nor apologized did he apologize for the misinformation. It's apparent that he did not care, and I will not recommend anyone to go to him!
