Worst experience ever (Long review alert). Unfortunately I found this establishment while in the process of buying a home. The attorney I originally started with couldn't proceed with the case file after the attorney's review (the hard part where most of the "leg work" is put in) and I stumbled across this firm. Their price was slightly higher, but they said the same thing as the previous firm "If you don't close you don't pay". After speaking with the attorney and entering a verbal contract (my mistake for not doing a written one as well) things slowly began to crumble. The attorney was never available for myself, the realtors, nor sellers attorney. We were constantly playing phone tag. I've sent numerous emails and receiving no response. The attorney would call me and ask for an update instead reading the emails she was carbon copied in. Against my realtor advice I stuck with this attorney because it was my first home and I felt we were so close to the finish line. After the appraisal came back thousands of dollars lower than the purchasing price the sellers decided not to sell, this firm charged FULL PRICE for their "legal fees". When in all honesty all they did was send a few email and probably made a couple phone calls. I completely understand that one must be compensated for their time, but FULL PRICE when you didn't do anything is absurd. I sent documents from the mortgage company before signing because I didn't understand the legal jargon and had to result to Google or my realtor for advice because the attorney was never available. When I mentioned to the attorney that being charged FULL PRICE was a little excessive she replied "well I had to look over all the documents and appraisals you sent over". I sent the documents to be added to the file, and if she did look them over she never provided any information about what was outline in them. I will never use this company again nor do I recommend them.
