My personal opinion - I have been working with Ruth and her staff for years and given the volume they produce, the work they do is amazing! The owner goes out of her way to assist in anyway she can and makes herself available 24 hours a day when issues arise. Ruth in conjunction with many Mortgage Servicers has helped thousands of people keep the home they love and we appreciate the partnership. Would highly recommend.

I've sent over my loan modification paperwork weeks ago and the UPS overnight tracking confirmed it was received and my mortgage lender also confirmed that RUTH RUHL P.C. received, only for them (RUTH RUHL P.C.) to never complete their portion and and send over to my lender (their client). I called to verify that they had my documents and they flat out refused to answer and told me to speak to my lender...which, mind you, I had already done. I tried explaining this, and let them know that my lender said the documents were still with RUTH RUHL and that they were never sent over to them, but they still refused to simply confirm if this was true or not. I'm having to redo it again. Seeing how another reviewer has had the EXACT same problem with them, I'm not going to be surprised if/when I have to send the documents all over again. Talk about incompetent and unhelpful...

She did the paperwork on my new loan modification and not only made a major mistake but was sent to the wrong address. When you can, they won't let you talk to anyone. These kinds of mistakes cost people time and frustration. It's just wrong they don't take responsibility. Don't use this firm.

Be carful I received some questionable forms from who was supposed to be my mortgage company that I was asked to sign and return. my mortgage company never requested them
