If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I helped a non English speaking client call to figure out what was going on with a notice she received. First person that answered my call was great, nice, transferred me immediately. The woman she transferred me to was AWFUL. I asked the woman basic questions, coming from a non legal background, to which she was short and rude the entire time. At one point she asked me if I had even read the contract, which caught me off guard, to which I responded that yes, I had in fact read the contract. If I, a pretty well educated person, comfortable with navigating the social service world am treated with such disrespect, I can't imagine how someone not as comfortable is supposed to get anything accomplished. ESPECIALLY since I was calling on behalf of a client who was wrongly served with an eviction notice. Of course this company will respond with "Ms. Diaz is not a customer or client of this law firm. All communications with Ms. Diaz have been conducted in a professional manner." BUT you don't have to be a client to have had a terrible interaction with a company or to have been treated UNPROFESSIONALLY! So let's see if they have some new response to give to my review, because I guarantee you, it was not professional. If it was, post the recording for all to see, I dare you.

This is an honest and accurate review of my experience with this legal frim. In my opinion, the legal team in incompetent. They do not seem to remember any phone conversations and so everything has to be put in writing. Even then, I've experienced multiple mistakes and problems with me case. They also assign staff who do not appear to be qualified to handle cases, with the actual qualified lawyers having no role exxcept to sign letters. I do not recommend hiring this legal team. The actual lawyer assigned to my case is David Assisban, but all most work and communications appear to be performed by Astrid Pena and Karen Eastwood, neither of whom are qualified or competent to practice law in my opinion.

I am not a client of this firm. However, I have been calling on behalf of one and just from the customer service received, I would not recommend this firm to anyone. From no one answering calls, to being constantly put on hold, and then not having anyone being willing to assist. Just through phone conversation, it seems there is not any desire to help. Essentially, if you can't get to the exact person, you are out of luck. I am guessing if I sunk thousands of dollars in their service, then perhaps I may get some attention, which I highly doubt. The work ethic shows through these interactions.

I was sent a Quit or Comply notice based on hearsay. Those dates show me at different locations. One of them was Magnola convalescent home in the month of August. Another one shows me at Sharp hospital picked up up by ambulance, Other ones show me at Marna J st Chula Vista. and at Denneys.. In 2019 I would leave at 11:am and wouldn't return to property till 2:00 am and stayed in my car till 4:am. In 2020 I was badly injured by manager's NEGLIGENCE as to not putting raised toliet seat to a very VISIBLE physical disability. This was 5th injury. 4th injury was turning off electricity before I was down. They must be sure that if a person with a very VISIBLE physical disability renting they must be sure she's down and out of property before ELEVATOR is not functioning. They even show dates of being out in complex telling other residents stuff when I haven't been out since February 20,2020 So your Quit and Comply doesn't serve the purpose. This is retaliation, HARRASSMENT and discrimination aside of emotional DISTRESS.which is against the law. I only gave a star to start review not because of this law firm deserves it. You cant go by hearsay you have to go by acual facts and picture as evidence. Will be REPORTING this law Board to BBB and Law Board if their manager Judy Navarro and Monique Collins keep harassing me and endangering my delicate health Chronic COPD. You have violated my rights as by going by hearsay. Judy Navarro and Monique Collins and not actual facts who work for Paradise Creek in National NationalCity ,California please stop harassing me with your annoying emails!!!! Stop harassing me!! HARRASSMENT is against the law!!! I was never evicted but injured at the property Paradise Creek Apts in National City Ca !!!! I gave Judy Navarro penal code for personal injury on June 10th 2018.!!!!!If you keep harassing me I will report you to the the State Bar,law board,and BBB. I will even put you on the media. So make sure that Monique Collins and Judy Navarro @ Paradise Creek Apts in National City ,Ca are telling you the truth. I pay my rent along with Sec8. You're violating the federal government by Judy not complying to their agreement that was signed by Judy Navarro. Did you know a resident facing the South died because of a heart attack caused by heat and adequate ventilation . So I will make sure that you lose your license. I will get you for HARRASSMENT based on hearsay. Monique Collins and Judy Navarro's!!!!!!!!!

My family and I came to R, W, & C LLP for professional help in property management (eviction). We worked with Henry Kim to resolve our problems, Henry was empathetic and worked diligently to resolve the issues. I felt Henry was knowledgeable in the law and he conducted himself professionally in the courts. Brenda was helpful with providing communications through the eviction process and paperwork as it became available. I would recommend this firm to anyone and will continue our working relationship for a long time.
