This is an update of a one star review I left a few months back. nnSo after all this time in my divorce case, the damage Justin has done to my divorce case along with my fight for my son is becoming more evident. Many lawyers that I have used for consultations say the same, that he didn't do his job professionally and properly. That the initial work he had laid out for my case had set me back from my time with my son. nnI would strongly recommend to look elsewhere. Forget Justin if you are disabled or a minority. I am both. He gave horrible advice and forgot to put in a court order that my son was off an Order of Protection. Justin had said he going to get my son off and yet even when my son was taken off by negotiating, Justin still forgot to put it in the order! That is a big deal. A lot of work has to be done to reverse the damage and inadequacy that this attorney has done. Seriously, Justin is suppose to be part of a father and son team and yet sold my son and I out. nnRead the book Father's Rights first. Consult several attorneys not just Justin. You will be better off for it if you stay away from this kid and get yourself a grown man with proper court experience. Justin was paid over $6000 and then said their was a trust issue. That is lawyer's way you of ringing up a bill and run out of a case. He was trusted to do his job properly not sell me and my 8 year old son out for a quick buck but he did. Justin also spent 40 minutes with my wife and her lawyer without me in the law library after one of the first court appearances. I don't know how more inappropriate is that for a lawyer to do. If this is the type of lawyer you want, go for it. But if you want a lawyer who is going to fight for you and your child, look elsewhere! The is nothing about this father and son team that actually helped my son. I stand by my one star review and updated it. Good luck out there going through this process. I was referred to Justin Ryan by a coworker, and he came highly recommended. He was great at addressing the litany of questions I had regarding a separation, and my rights as a custodial parent.
