I appreciate the “help” received which was more like advise as I did all of the speaking in the court hearing. However, I’ve reached out over a month ago about the return of the remainder of my retainer and have heard absolutely nothing since. He was always very short on the phone - with one to two minutes conversations leaving me confused because he rushed off the phone. He barely responded to emails, I did all the talking in court. And I have YET to receive the remainder of my retainer since June. Not very happy.

We hired Ryan to help with a small claims case half way through. We had to fire the 1st attorney we hired do to him not doing the job. Once we hired Ryan he was on top of it and was extremely efficient, effective and aggressive. We had a wonderful experience working with Ryan and would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone who needs a great attorney! Thanks Ryan!!!!

I hired Attorney Ryan in March 2021 and he handled my case very professionally and I won my court case. I reached by out to Attorney Ryan in September 2021 for him to handle a case with me and I paid my fee and I have not heard anything from him and it’s been well over a month. I called from my business phone number and he did not know that number and he answered and immediately stated I’m not ignoring you I have been business and I’ll give you a call back. No, call back as of today. All I’m asking for is my money back and I will hire another Attorney.

We hired Ryan almost 1 full year ago. He has done little to nothing on the case. He didn't even send the first correspondence to the opposing party until 4 months after he took our retainer. He is very unresponsive and hasn't returned calls, texts, emails or voicemails in months. Requested a refund and have not heard anything from him. DO NOT hire this guy. He WILL take your money. We will be filing a formal complaint with the bar association.

Counselor Kastelic was extremely helpful in my court case. He returned my call almost immediately, agreed to meet me that day, and showed extreme interest in what was happening. I had already signed with another attorney who appeared to be very uninterested in my situation at the time and I didn’t think he would work for me at all. I was very grateful when I found Ryan and appreciated everything he did. He supported all of my ideas, he listen to all of my information, he came to the meetings that were necessary and because of that the plaintive dropped the case. The money I paid him was well worth it. I would definitely recommend him to anyone
