Failed to show up to my court date with my evidence. Therefore I had to defend myself in front of a grand jury. They lied to me about how much my defense was going to be and claims that I have exceeded my retainer.. I have left several voicemails to Mr. Alvis’s office without any contact in return whatsoever. The biggest question I have for these two so called attorneys is “What exactly did you do for me with the money that I have paid you?” Now it seems as if my number as been blocked. Mr. Alvis’s partner (who I believe I was passed off to) Dan will not answer his calls nor will he ever speak to you over the phone like an adult. Instead he chooses to communicate via text.. It never felt as if these two actually cared about me as a paying client. Your MUCH better off choosing a different attorney.

We hired Dan Alexander to help with a high school dispute in June 2020, it’s Aug 2020 and we’ve only heard from this lawyer once!! He never responds to calls, emails, messages he took our $2500 dollars, had one conversation of what he would do and he did absolutely nothing. We do not recommend this law office to anyone, they will take your money and run...literally! Look elsewhere please.
