Karina did the closing of my prior home in 2019. She is a stickler for details and facts. After 3 years, I called her office and she remembered who I was and why I was calling. She helped me obtain monies due to me through the 2019 transaction. Karina is so knowledgeable with her many years working with real estate, lien satisfactions, title closings, etc. She took great care of me and was very quick to respond to my emails.
