Hired Mr. Whalen over 2 years ago for a simple case. I understand that the pandemic delayed things, however after everything was opening up I would get from him, "I'm working on your case" or "I am going to file the paperwork this week". It has been months and I have never received a return call or return email. DO NOT USE him as an attorney. Was a total waste of hard working money and paperwork.
