This is a quote from this awful individual to me when asking about who the property manager was. Beware, do not hire. I wish I could give no stars. My emails below provide the information about the cost estimate for the records including where the check is sent. The actual cost will be itemized when the record is produced. If you overpaid you will get a refund, if you underpaid you will owe more before the record is produced. If you want the records you need to send the estimated check, the condominium manager has no obligation to run around making copies for you or responding to your constant demands. The condominium manger and I work for the board, not you. Steve
