I was not excited to call the Social Security Office, especially during COVID, but let me tell you, I had the best experience EVER! Jennifer was beyond helpful, you could tell she really wanted to help me with any SSA concerns and she was proud of work for this agency. Jennifer was patient while explaining complex processes, and made sure I understood exactly what documents to mail in to the SSA in order to request the review of e-Verify cases and immigrant Social Security Card status updates. Thanks Jennifer, if only every SSA employee cared as much as you do! THANK YOU! (I sure hope someone reads this and rewards Jennifer for her efforts!)

I called two months ago to get a new SSN card, I was told to complete the form online and mail it with a copy of my documents since they were not accepting people at the office so I did. Two weeks after I received a letter saying that they needed the original of my documents, ofcourse I can’t mail my driver license or my passport. So after I spoke with several people at the office I was able to get an appt. they reschedule it, and finally when they were able to see me they told me it was going to take 10 business days for me to get my SSN card, after three weeks here I am calling again and they just told me will be 10 more days because it just got process... Really??

Elon took my call, was very friendly and detailed, resolved my issue in just a few minutes. Fantastic experience!

Complete joke. I have had several representatives give me information on how to handle enrollment only to have them not process the documentation timely. Still waiting for the documentation to be processed and I keep getting the run around. My wife ran around getting all the information to them and even faxed to them as instructed. If you ask for a supervisor, they hang up on you.

My experience with this office is A#. The wait time is minimal if you go early. The staff is knowledgeable and nice.
