Human resource dept needs to do their job better. Please stop advertising for jobs on the internet when they are actually taken. Consideration for others' time is appreciated. Job hunting is tough enough without having to deal with fake job openings. Ugh.

I am extremely disappointed in this company and finally just cancelled my order. The item was for my grandson for a birthday gift. S&S promised to ship within 48 hours and 7 days later the item still has not been shipped. The ship date keeps being moved out with no explanation or email to keep me informed. Found same item on Amazon and it is shipping today.

They sell online and distribute for other companies but don't sell direct from location.

horrible experience.we have an event coming up on oct. 27th,and we thought it might be fun to throw buttons into the mix.as something else to hand out for free.i have a button maker and all i needed was the metal buttons themselves.the product arrived in about a week.i ordered the wrong size,so i filled out the paperwork for an exchange,and i even called customer service to confirm everything had been filled out correctly.to avoid any problems since i had a deadline.she also told me that if they were unable to do an exchange,the money would be put back on the card i paid with. a week goes by.two weeks.i finally call them.the guy i spoke with told me no exchange was processed and i had been given a store credit.so,they basically kept the money and didn't even tell me about it.i explained to him that i needed to exchange for a different size and i needed them by monday at the latest to have them ready for friday.he said if we expedited the shipment i could have them by tuesday.i asked him who would pay to have it expedited?he basically said that i would.i paid to have them shipped to me,i paid to send them back,and now he said i would have to pay to have them expedited.then, after i was put on hold for the third time he told me they don't even have the size i was looking for. first and last time i deal with this company.thanks for nothing.
