I have an active open chapter 13 bankruptcy case, this office ignored that and filed a garnishment against my wages anyway. They won’t answer the phone either. Not sure how I’ll pay my rent now thanks to them ignoring the ACTIVE OPEN BANKRUPTCY CASE I CURRENTLY HAVE, if we can’t get this resolved ASAP!

David Bailey is a DEBT COLLECTOR FOR OTHER ATTORNEYS, he threatens to sue, reports other attorneys debt to the credit agency. He is friends with all the other attorneys trying to screw over clients.

I called three days ago. They said they returned all messages within 24 hours. I've had no return call.

Dealt with the Lawyers Year’s ago had no issues. Went back in 2019 for a modification of a Revocable Trust the end of March. Here it is June and have not received documents. Have called and talked with Nicole 3 times each time she had an excuse for why we have not received them. Very dismissive and abrupt in conversation. Will hopefully get my documents soon. Should have never paid upfront for changes.
