I contacted Dawn Salas and the initial contact I had with her was pleasant and comforting. She had excellent soft skills and offered me multiple options in getting my daughter her immigration papers. We signed an engagement letter and then communication just stopped. I wanted to speak with her briefly, but was unable to have an appointment without paying a fee. I was also told that the appointment fees that were collected would be applied to my balance. Unfortunately, I received a letter today that stated that Dawn Salas was not interested in representing me in any matter. Wow, thanks a lot for the horrible service! We used Dawn to assist in with my husbands citizenship application. He had a pretty easy application, but we wanted to use an attorney for peace of mind, and Dawn delivered. She was so responsive, and told us exactly what to expect during each stage of the process. He has completed the process and is now a citizen and we couldn't thank Dawn more for all her work, and bringing calmness to a stressful endeavor!
