The best Title Company in Frederick! I was closing on a house last week with a different title company in Frederick chosen by the buyer. Their underwriter nearly caused an eight-week delay because they could not understand the property description. Worse....the title company we closed with and bought our title insurance through in the market bubble of 2008 no longer existed! Aaackk! I knew that Salisbury McLister had handled the closing for the guy we bought the house from, when he bought it in 2004. With one phone call to Salisbury McLister, within five minutes they emailed a copy of the surveyed plat map and title insurance policy they issued back then. Everyone could save a lot of headaches by using this top-notch closing office!

Really clean and well maintained historic building in downtown Frederick. Warmly greated by receptionist and offered a host of beverages. Closing documents were accurate. Total time of closing was less than one hour. Attorney new his stuff and everything was perfect. Will use them again. Highly recommend.
