My case was one of the most common but rare at the same time, and Sammis Law firm is one of the very few law firms that handles this type of case, which tells me that it’s a hard battle, and they are not afraid of a challenge. Outstanding law firm! My son was extradited back to FL from NY for a VOP so all the communication was through email. On initial phone conversation, Leslie did not over promise. As she found the information from the 16-year old case, all was communicated on a very timely basis. I felt the price was very far for what effort they put into the case. They had a very convenient way for me to pay them the fees they encountered as they got access to what they needed. (No, their fee does not cover all the additional county costs to relinquish files but they were clearly explained. They even reimbursed an amount that was found to be not needed). Never did I feel I was ignored or forgotten. Leslie shared responsibilities with her husband, Jason, although it was she who solely coordinated the process. Most of my communication went through Danielle W. She is very good paralegal. Very professional, organized and personable. She usually communicated back to me with an hour. She answered any question I had and was a pleasure to work with. All this happened as hurricane Michael hit FL! We had a very positive outcome to our case. They showed up at all hearings and worked with a sense of urgency to get my son's case heard ASAP. I am so glad to have come across their firm on the internet. Hello I contacted the Sammis law firm last year just to get some info on my situation I had. Leslie was so compassionate about my situation and handled it very professionally. She totally understood the financial strain that it was putting me under and even offered to take my case pro bono. I can't express enough how wonderful that was of her to do for me. In the process of me being out of state she made sure that I never had to come to court which was a blessing.
