Very unethical. The real estate attorney at this firm, Steven Cole, shared information and documents obtained in a real estate closing consult, with his partner to attempt to further a case against an opposing party in a probate matter. Once Cole had all the information he needed, he let the potential client know he couldn’t close the property due to a conflict. If he has been unethical with you, you can file a grievance with the Georgia State Bar on their site or leave a review to warn others.
The attorney Steven W Cole is all hat and no cows!He will talk a good story but does not, or cannot, perform. Do not waste your money with him.
