Todd Billy is our current attorney for our subdivision. Currently our board has not been follow clearly stated by-laws in our covenants and has refused to hold an election in 2020. If Todd Billy were actually looking out for the homeowners here you would think there would be something he could do to help us. After over 150 signatures of homeowners were optioned and now a suit has been filed, he still has done nothing. I hope we are eventually able to have a fair election, get new board members, and hire a decent attorney that will actually look out for the homeowners in my subdivision.
Todd Billy an attorney with Sandberg Phoenix is our Subdivision HOA attorney. Being the HOA attorney, Todd Billy should have the best interest of our neighborhood. He is to support not only the Trustees but also the homeowners. The current trustees have violated numerous bylaws outlined in our covenants in regards to our election. Todd Billy, has yet to step in to force our current board of trustees to uphold the bylaws. We had a petition of 1/3 of homeowners in a neighborhood of 486 homeowners sign stating they want to see a fair election and now homeowners have had to file their own lawsuit against the HOA. I believe if we had an HOA attorney who looks out for the better of the neighborhood this would not have had to occur. If I could give this law firm 0 stars I would.
Our neighborhood association retained this firm’s services to assist us in enforcing our subdivision indentures. The bottom line is we were very disappointed in the services they provided as well as the vague billings they charged for theses services. The attorney they assigned lacked the professionalism one would expect from a reputable firm. Missing a meeting, failing to have our file before him during our telephone meetings and displaying a general lack of expertise in the area of our concern are just several issues our trustees found frustrating. Relaying our concerns to more senior personnel also failed to generate an adequate response from them. Retaining this law firm made for a very frustrated and disappointing experience.

I have dealt with multiple people in this organization. Never for personal use but for business purposes. Everyone I have been in contact with has been extremely professional and easy to work with. The office is downtown and has amazing views of the arch and downtown. They have a very large office and I do not know how many attorneys they have, but they have a bunch.
