This guy gave me his word he take my case . Civil rights and to come up with 1000 dollars to start. My case evolve suing pd. Today he tells me he wants 400 more then he tells me he can't take my case to look else where. So much for good etiquette. He tells me I got a good case feds must got to him. Scared man can't win but he could be honest and said no from the start.
