My case was transferred to another attorney without my consent or letting me know. I called for an update and was surprised that Sandra was no longer there. The worst of all is not no one is available to pick up your call in order for you to make an appointment. Therefore when you show up without appointment, get ready to cancel all your other appointments and wait until someone notice you in the waiting area which is full with no more place to wait. My only off day is Monday when I do all my stuff. Imagine the stress. The customer service is horrible. We received our working permit which was on their office and they were unable to let us know, knowing that we were impatiently waiting for it.

It’s safe to say that because of Sandra’s timely intervention in my case, I’m still in the states and feel fully at home after 20 years. I met Sandra when I was 19 and desperate for advise in an Arab immigrants association in Brooklyn and she instantly showed genuine concern about my case and the possibility of me being deported. I had no attorney to go with me to court next morning, and Although she was busy with court appearances the same morning as well, she squeezed 15 minutes to represent me and doing so pro-Bono back then as I was a student and had no way of affording anything. Most of those who partook in the 2003 discriminatory special registration had been deported within few months. Sandra somehow managed to keep me here under a special circumstance. Long story short, Sandra was a God-sent angel for me, one who will work tirelessly for you and your family. I have since lost touch with her but she has always been in my heart and she will have a part of it. Thank you Sandra??????????

Ms. Langus took care of my documents and got my Green Card in 2011. Today I have my citizenship thanks to Ms. Langus. Forever grateful.

I knew her for my first case in 1999 with my to nephews and she did a good job by helping them get their green card and now they are citizens and helped me personally with my immigration case and she was helpful I appreciate her and I recommend any one to see her if they have immigration problems Hatiem Omar

Consultation wasnt as expected.. felt like she didnt want me to bring my family from overseas...she also had to google things up to find answers for my question which i couldve done without paying $75 consultation..definitely not worth it !!!!!
