Was trying to get a simple traffic ticket taken care of. Either Sarah has A LOT of meetings or the priority of my call(s) was minimal to the law firm office. It took a week to get a response back from Kim whom was not able to touch base with me unless if I kept calling her each day. In the very end, this law firm was not able to help out just give me false hope and false promises of returning calls and answers to my questions that I had. Overall not a great experience I would recommend at least a second option on a law firm that can provide client service.
