Sarapata & Associates, LTD

I hired Mr. Sarapata to help me iron out some legal issues. I have read many reviews that he was not responsive, but I begged to differ. I receive phone calls, texts and also emails. We are still battling the issues, however, he is fighting extremely hard and doing everything he possibly can to straighten everything out. All the good reviews I have heard from people are spot on. I highly recommend him.

Michael helped me get a fair custody agreement with my kid’s mother. My case was complex and there were quite a few things going on, but I felt Michael did as good as of a job as could be expected. I sincerely feel the other reviews don’t accurately reflect him, his business, and what he could do to help you. If I ever have a legal issue again, I will absolutely call Michael Sarapata first.

Mr. Sarapata was not at all what you would expect to get out of a court appointed attorney. Not once, but twice my fiance was in legal trouble and Mr. Sarapata went above and beyond for him. Both court cases ended in a phone call that he got the charges dismissed! Think we found our new family attorney.

I am a woman, and I've had the PLEASURE of working with Mike for 5 years for various things. He may not call when some think he should call, BUT he calls back AND he gets the job DONE! He has went out of his way for my family to help with something as simple as a speeding ticket, to fighting endless drama with a civil suit that lasted for years. He didn't quit, he didn't gouge, he got the job done. Stop expecting him to be your friend, and thank him for what he's doing. Just because the www provides a place to bash people, it shouldn't be used that way. Mike I appreciate everything you've done for my family.

Absolutely the worst experience ever hiring him.... as if divorce isn't bad enough! He makes you pay upfront fee and then does not follow through with filings and does not come prepared with paperwork necessary in court. I would steer clear of him especially if you are a woman.
