You get what you pay for.

I usually do not leave reviews but felt compelled to today. I contacted this Law Office to see if I had a legitimate case to move forward on. While the receptionist was extremely polite and helpful the lawyers simply declined my case and failed to provide a reason as to why. My whole point of contacting this firm is to see if my case was legitimate and they failed to even a answer that simple question.

I usually don't comment or review things but I had a weird experience with this firm. I only called for a question and right off the bat I told them if they were busy or didn't have time for my question I understood. They said go head and ask, then they told me they weren't a lawyer and couldn't answer my question. They passed my information to a lawyer who got back to me. The lawyer called me back just to tell me off a little and tell me to research my question. The lawyer and receptionist asked me a dozen times total if I lived in Fairbanks Alaska( I guess they get calls from people that don't stay here all the time). I can't speak for the other firms in the area, but from other Google comments it seems to be a common run in.

Outstanding customer service, very professional and knowledgeable staff who truly care about their clients. No one else in town I would trust to handle my legal matters. If you get in trouble, though I don't hope you will, just call Bill!
