Worst people to communicate with on the phone and they will just give you another number to call over and over again with no one really helping and giving you answers. Worst customer service ever. Dont do nothing with this company.
Been a homeless Vet for the past 5 years. Finally in the final steps of buying a home. (This has to come off for approval) I save up all of my money for a whole year to pay off a collection. I send the money and almost 2 months later I call Navy Federal and still they haven't sent the payment over to them. Effectively making me homeless again. Thanks for the sense of urgency I was very polite and I noticed and something was off the whole time.
UPDATE: Tried repeatedly to contact this company for a year and NEVER got a response from anyone. Not via calls nor email. Here we go on 4 years after the original "lawsuit" date and suddenly they are back at it, going to the courthouse every other month and filing more fees and racking up fees I will have to pay. I can't even access my account or talk to anyone to pay and they continually are searching for my employers to garnish my wages. I would be happy to pay but I can't if they give zero information and provide zero service. What a scam! I don't even know what to do at this point. I am calling the courthouse tomorrow and filing a complaint. I keep getting letters from one of their branches for a debt I owe. I have received 3 letters from the court because they keep filing suits BUT I keep trying to contact them so I can get my account info so that I can start paying. They have yet to respond to a single email and when I’ve called, they ask for info I am not willing to give over the phone because I don’t know how legitimate it is until I can actually access my account. Too many scams out there to just give out my social to someone because they mail a “court order” without a single letter stating my debt in the past. I think they’re doing it so they can just garnish and charge hundreds in extra court fees. I swear these companies would benefit if they would just respond to people. I can’t pay if I can’t access my account. Simple as that.
I set up a payment plan almost 3yrs ago for navy federal credit union and have been paying faithfully every month the last couple months have been a little hard for me but I been making my payments but have been late and i had spoken to a rep prior and she stated that would be ok if I was a little late and I also have an email when I setup my account where it said I could be 5 days late today I get a call from them saying I have 5 months of payments left and they have a new system and want me to setup auto pay I told her I haven't been doing auto pay and I don't wanna start now she then said that she's going to let navy federal and her boss know that I have defaulted on my loans because I haven't stuck to the date I originally said I could pay then she yelled at me and hung up on me ..... I was late 3 times I get almost done with paying off my debt and this company wants to say I have defaulted on my payments..... YOU GUYS ARE HORRIBLE I COULD SEE IF I WASNT MAKING MY PAYMENTS BUT I AM
TERRIBLE! I am a real estate investor of 27 years and this trustee is like none I have ever worked with. If you are looking to hire a Trustee - DO NOT CHOSE Sayer! And if you are an investor - do not bother dealing with Sayer! 1. The person answering the phone was not helpful, and seemed very annoyed with my very standard questions. I was told to "Call your Sheriff". Our local sheriff's desk laughed and said they don't have anything to do with foreclosure sales. 2. Seven investors showed up to Room #113 at the Greene County Missouri Courthouse as advertised. Room #113 knew nothing about the advertised foreclosure sale. All of us showed up with check in our hands to bid, and no trustee showed up to cry the sale. 3. If a sale is cancelled, it is customary inform any investors that inquire. There is nothing in the Privacy act of 1974 that would prohibit a trustee from simply stating "Sale Cancelled" EVERY other trustee will answer that question when asked. 4. Between all the upset investors, we collectively wasted 14 + labor hours or research for something completely avoidable. 5. Between all the upset investors, we wasted $$$$ on title searches that could have been avoided if this firm could have just let us know it was cancelled. I speak for the seven investors that showed up ready to purchase the advertised property - STAY OUT OF MISSOURI WITH YOUR TERRIBLE PRACTICES! PASS THESE ON TO A COMPETENT TRUSTEE!! May I suggest: SouthLaw, Milsap & Singer, Substitute trustee corp, CENTRE, EastPlains, or ANY other Trustee that is NOT Sayer.
