I have the best case worker Geri. She always help me out when I need it, and she does call me back within 1 or 2 days. Sometimes she calls me the day I called. The staff is always nice to me, and the receptionist has always greeted me with a smile.

Not very helpful at all they returned my call back but when I asked about the housing situation as far as them accepting applications the lady I spoke with was very rude telling me that they were only accepting applications in the future from veterans and the homeless I am disabled and need help I have been disabled for 30 years and lived in Independence for 40 yrs. I have a seizure disorder other medical problems and my age is 59 Independence doesn't do a very good job of helping their disabled in my opinion.

We had managers that have people on the ban list and they still let them live on the property, don't evict violent residents

Poor service, never answer phone, lie to you say they call you, dont , never no places for rent, never answer your calls back to you, any excuse not to give place to live. When they send you a letter, saying they call you , not answer their calls, have call this number see why you didn't get a place no one answers phone, out of town or in meeting for a month but need call this number before this date their not in office. They rent their apartment to who they want in their. So many excuse, have be off probation 5 years before you rent a place then still dont get one

All went great, the representative was very knowledgeable of her work, took time to explain every detail. Hats off to Sharon Goodloe and ????????????????????'s up, great job....
