One of the worst lawyer experiences ever. All interactions were solely done by the paralegal who you had to call mutiple times a day or wait a single week to a month as they were always “busy”. They never had the habit of returning your calls or inquiries and everything had to be done last minute and on your behalf to remind them of things to be done.
