Kim is the worst attorney I have worked with, unprofessional and unresponsive to non of my emails, phone calls nor on case status app that she told me to reach her out. I had to redo everything she filled out on my DS-260 and upload them to the CEAC website I had to do myself all the contacting with Ankara embassy after she received the whole payment she starts manipulating and makes excuses by she’s sick for 4 months and had no employees to help her out!!!! I had to take care of everything since I hired her she throwing me here and there with her new employees in other office but unfortunately all she telling lies and lies since 2019 and my wife still not here due to the lack of professionalism waiting for her administrative processing because she left me alone dealing with the embassy all the delay causing me she’s responsible for it. I wish I can give her (ZERO) star and I don’t recommend her to any of the community. If I could give Schaefer law firm 0 stars I would. The entire time I have worked with them, they have been unresponsive and unprofessional. Over the course of the last year, they have not responded to a single email, or phone call regarding my case. Save your time and money, and find someone more professional. I already paid, but I am in the process of now having to find another attorney that will actually do their job, and has time for my case. Don't waste your time.

Kim has worked closely on my immigration case since 2018, and I always proudly announce that she is my attorney. Not to mention, she has the kindest personality and an adventurous heart, which helped me feel at ease when I had to share all of the traumatic events from the past to help me build my political asylum case. Repeat customer!! Kimberly and the Schaefer law team helped my wife get her first green card and everything went really smooth. Kimberly even came to the final interview portion of the process. They were always available to answer questions and help ease our concerns. The green card was only good for two years as we were married only a short time, so we contacted Schaefer law to help file again to remove conditions on residence. My wife needed to travel back to Japan the month before her original green card expired, so we were on a tight timeline. I’m very pleased with Schaefer Law firm. Kim and her team did an outstanding job representing me for my permanent green card application. I presented Kim with a challenging immigration case yet she didn’t hesitate one second to accept it. When I met Kim, I was under tremendous stress. I had had no other choice but to petition for divorce a few months before, and dealing with the divorce process and my immigration status at the same time was extremely overwhelming.
