I was not happy with this group at all. I did not feel they had my best interest in hand. Was told to take my agreement home and read it with no discussion on what was in it effecting my future by the attorney. Had to give up rights to start paying for my own insurance in order to go to a doctor I wanted to for a workers comp law suit. They did not fight for me on this at all. I made a big mistake taking on this firm for workers compensation and now I am paying dearly for it. They do not look out for you or your future. If I could they would get 0 as a rating
I wish I had more stars to give them. This small group of people, even down to the receptionist, makes you feel like family. They are real and genuine. They are willing to do anything that needs to be done to take care of you. I never once felt like a folder full of files and never felt like I was a dollar sign. They truly cared for my well being and made sure anything we did was in my comfort zone. I could go on and on, but they are wonderful.
I would definitely recommend working with Schafer & Schafer. They were very professional, communicated every step of the process, were very easy to talk to, and treated our case as if it were the only case they were working on. We were extremely satisfied working with Todd and he made a difficult time in our lives much less stressful. I'd give Todd and the rest of the firm more stars if I could!
These guys are nothing short of amazing. The last 4 years haven’t been easy. But, I would want NO ONE else to be on my side fighting for me. Todd- has never left me out of the “loop” -always reachable. You walk into their office and are treated like family. I recommend them 100%!!
The way they handled my case made it easy for me and my family to get through the ordeal. When they took the case they told me to to relax and not to worry they would do everything that they possibly can and keep me informed step by step. Tod was my attorney and he followed through on his word and I respect that. I would recommend them to anyone who’s need of help, they are family owned and they really respect their clients.
