They have taken a deposit to cover a potential bill on a home we just sold (which closed in April). They still have not refunded our deposit. We have continued to request our refund and now they do not even respond. I don’t know what’s going on but I’m still in the process of buying another home and thought I’d be using them. Needless to say, I will never use them again nor will I refer them !!
