I had the pleasure of having John Schiro as my attorney. He was a genius when it came to trail! John was very knowledgable and was always thinking one step ahead. Him and his team did a lot of work behind the scenes. They were completely prepared and I felt more than confident having them defending me. John put his all into my case and I would highly recommend him. We can't thank him and his team enough for all the hard work.

I unfortunately ran into some issues with the law and a friend recommended Mr. Schiro. From the get go I knew that john cared about my situation, he had a lot of compassion. After a lengthy trial that i thought would end badly we won. John is a pit bull in court, he lets nothing slide and does not allow the prosecutors to play games. After everything was said and done we won! all charges dismissed. I owe this man my life. Had I kept my public attorney (who wanted me to settle) I would be in prison.

John Schiro is a worthless attorney who sides with corrupt police department and city attorney. And took my $4000 on a simple disorderly conduct , which I had video and audio evidence of the false charges.He also forgot to tell me when I had court and he didn't show up for court. John is a has been attorney who is now part of the corrupt system he is supposed to defend you from. All he will do is take your money and do nothing.

I would not recommend this person. I retained him and paid him five thousand dollars regarding a criminal matter where a motion needed to be filed by a certain date to be provided with the arresting officers log books. I spoke with him on several occasions prior to filing the motion always reminding him of the court date the motion needed to be filed including speaking with him the night before. I contacted him the following day at his office and was told by his secretary he was, unavailable. The following day I again contacted him at his office speaking with him where he told me he forgot to file the motion and fired him, immediately. I retained another attorney for the matter and even though I was very upset when firing him stating I will never speak to him again he would call me periodically even though I retained another attorney and ask me how my case is going along with questioning me about certain sensitive matters involving my case. I eventually stopped accepting Attorney Schiro's calls as it became uncomfortable speaking with him about matters I felt were private. I would strongly recommend not retaining this person.
