it is my worse experience with Mr. Albert: 1- I Move from Joe due retirement to him , Albert double the price on my personal and S corp taxes as well without pervious acknowledge, add a lot of fee like technology fee , no advice to improve tax return , I paid double taxes this year and I do not know why , this is first time happen in my life carrier 2- Miss up my kids nest account , and convert my state taxes from surplus and state will pay me back money to me to negative account and short in money and put me under penility with state, he spend 3 month to talk to state and finally said state false but state do not admit it her false . I call my self and solve the problem with state with agent on the phone. she said your accountant screw it up. 3- my wealth manaament agent and Nest agent told me this is wired CPA, and you should fire him 4- he lied and put words on my mouth to gain more tax work job as payroll 6- Slow response , ignore me for few days , even said I will call next week but next month come with no news from him 7- slow response, I feel like he do not know what to do, lack of confident, always say I have to check laws and come back to you so I felt like some one do training on me. I hire new accountant to review his work for last year I would not recommend him to any one please take care Dr Abou Seif

I can't tell you how much I appreciate their assistance and services! The peace of mind with my taxes, payroll and forms (that I hate) are worth any dollar amount they ask! Robin, Jane, Brenda and the whole team are the best!
