I helped an elderly friend try to deal with Jason Schmidt (this IS allowed under the Law Society Bylaw's), because she was overwhelmed with the process, and he was VERY unprofessional, never returned emails or messages, and made very untrue/inappropriate comments. Spent 4 months interacting with Jason Schmidt and the entire case was made more lengthy and costly for both sides because of his unprofessionalism. I highly advise to seek a different lawyer if you want positive results.
