After consulting with various lawyers over the years for a few different unexpected matters, I can honestly say that all staff at Schmidt & Schmidt provided the most genuinely warm, honest, and down-to-earth responses than any other firm I’d ever spoken with. All staff were patient, highly informative, and willing to go the extra mile to help. They always made me feel better after every conversation. Their fees were very fair and well worth the speedy success in completing my matter.. As a tenant of an unfortunate tenant-landlord situation, I received prompt answers and the support I needed to prove honesty and fairness does still exist. You won’t regret their services!

We purchased a home from a family member and went to them for help with the transaction. It took them 8 weeks to get ready to close a cash purchase with no inspection or contingency. Finally a Title company bailed them out and got the closing done. They charge $600 for a genetic printed offer to Purchase! They never returned one phone call , they only way to get any response is to go to the office in person.the help is the most incompetent group I personally have ever worked with!
