Was charged an exorbitant amount for a simple contract of sale. They will happily charge you again, by citing the following '“Should the Property not be sold within three (3) months from the date of instruction and/or preparation of the Contract of Sale, our fees will be $300.00 + GST + Disbursements incurred”. Please seek legal assistance elsewhere.
