Discussing 'their effort, time and expense' in quietly removing wildlife preserve and developing commercially without any consideration to the 'effort, time and expense' every homeowner has put into protect and preserve our single largest lifetime investment, our homes. Philip Nohrr's actions have only elevated the friction between the communities and developer.
