Never answers phone calls, rarely responds to email communication….took her 76 days from the time she took the initial payment to file the divorce…after 3 months of filing asked her to set mediation which was set nearly 8 months after our filing and then she cancelled it without my consent. The other party never submitted financials, it took her 7 months to file a motion to compel for the same and more than 60 days later never followed up on it or requested a hearing to be set. Then she drops me because I did what any prudent person would do if their attorney is not responsive which is follow up with the judge directly. Miraculously the other party reported a response from her 42 days after their submitted agreement and several requests from me to submit a counter offer, she claimed the other party never submitted financials, but she also didn’t do anything to follow up or enforce the law so that the other party produce their documentation. If you need to get divorce in a timely manner and you are seeking clear and concise communication Ms Marin is not for you. I also asked for a breakdown of her charges which she conveniently replied she charges a “FLAT” fee…basically she can file for you and so nothing else beyond that because that is what she charges….then your time is up and she’s not obligated to renew the contract. We will definitely file an official complaint with the Florida Bar.

We had made an agreement to file a motion on April 2, I provided my card details as well as all the requested documents. Come April 2 they did not run my card, I tried to call up until April 7th and got no reply via messages or phone calls.Today, April 13, they tried to run my credit card without any communication. I've already retained another attorney, and by waiting for Marin Law to respond to me I didn't have time to file the necessary documents required. Would not recommend them at all, terrible bedside manner and not professional with communication.
