I met with Paul to go over my case and presented him with all the documentation I had. He completely missed that I was incorrectly charged. After months of court hearings and being yanked around, it was the DA that actually informed me that I had been incorrectly charged. Paul said nothing. I could have saved myself months of stress and confusion if that simple detail had not been missed. It would have been nice if he had told me before my final court hearing, as he had been in talks with the DA. Not even an apology; I guess his pride got in the way.

Retained Mr. Bleakley, he appeared only once in court and had most matters postponed. He kept insisting to settle outside of court. As for dmv hearing he was absent and had a retired lawyer show up and tell me I was under a gag order basically costing me my license. Due to that the much needed evidence wasn’t obtained and I wound up settling outside of court. I filed several FOIL requests after the fact and received the video evidence I needed to win my case. For what I paid I could have saved myself the needed income and gotten better results. He was polite but didn’t seem at all interested in actual justice for the client. Lesson learned!! Thank you Paul.

Terry is very attentive and really knows her craft. And believe me she has an abundance of patience.

Very unprofessional, he was assigned as my son law guardian on an emergency case and had no care in the world about my son's wellbeing or what he wanted,he was stuck on one topic and 1 topic only.
