Completely incompetent and unprofessional. Mr. Schwartz asked family members for letters of support for his client (my sister). When his staff could not figure out how to open an attachment, I called to try and figure out what was going on. I tried describing the 3 different email addresses to which I had sent the letter and the woman continued to push a narrative that she couldn't find the attachment. I told her my sister's life was literally in her hands and she hung up on me. I called back and Mr. Schwartz picked up the phone, accused me of "using obscenities" (which is a blatant lie), and then refused to tell me the name of the judge who my sister would be seeing, which would have allowed me to send the letter along to the judge's clerk directly. When I asked who the judge was, he hung up on me. We should have been on the same team, but his incompetence, big ego, immaturity, and professional misconduct led to him literally hanging up on me just because I was trying to get him the letter he requested! I have sent a formal grievance to the Idaho State Bar Board of Counsel. It was relatively straightforward and I encourage any of you who have experienced similar or more egregious misconduct to do the same. Here is the link below. This man should not be practicing law. I really don’t know how this guy has almost 5 stars. I was in the court house in the last couple of days, and witnessed this man, Mr. Schwartz, physically yelling at this older man, getting in his face, and the older man just stood there in shock. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my life. Mr. Schwartz has on his website for doing a lot of things, one being an Attorney for a Child’s Guardian Ad Litem, I’m sorry but I would not want my child to witness what I saw yesterday.

Mr. Schwartz is the best! He faught my case and it was a difficult case to fight. He treated me with respect and when I wanted to talk to him about my case he was easy to make an appointments with and answer any concerns I had. You can tell he loves his job and likes to win. He definitely likes a challenge. I would recommend Mr. Schwartz to my family and friends. I know he would do his very best to fight your case! He has Proven to be a excellent attorney.
