My family and I have used Schwei and Wendt for many different legal issues from divorces to wills. Schwei and Wendt is an amazing and highly professional law firm that maintains immense focus on the needs of their clients. I cannot say enough about this law firm; Both Marjorie Wendt and Jacob Schwei and their staff are well-organized and committed to the client. Marjorie Wendt is well versed in family law and really takes the time to get to know her clients and their cases. She has given me excellent legal advice for the past 20 years. Marjorie Wendt was my GAL and she was also my x husband's new wife's attorney at the same time. She was also the special master. Who knew she could wear so many hats and rule in favor of my x husband against our MSA. it cost me $40,000.00 to get my name off the marital property because Marjorie Wendt sided with her clients boyfriend against the MSA filled Milwaukee County. BEWARE Marjorie also billed Waukesha Country for her service which I paid and also refused to submit

In the unfortunate event, you find yourself needing a family attorney, advice on a legal matter, or anything, Marjorie is the one you want in your corner. She gives her honest opinion, doesn't try to milk you for money (like some attorneys) and lays out realistic expectations of what is or is not possible. She's a pit bull but a sweetheart in person. I've referred many people to her who have felt the same way.

Wendt is a gal. Do not trust her. All she will do is build up smoke and mirrors to run up a bill. She does not care about your kids. She cares about getting paid. She is the reason lawyers have a bad name.
