Beware and stay away from this lawyer. He lied to us and said he would help terminate the conservatorship of my sister to my little brother. He took our retainer $6500 and led us on thinking that he would help us. There has been no monthly bills. 3 days before the terminate the conservatorship hearing, his secretary said that he wanted to cancel the hearing because it was not the right hearing. Then on the day of the hearing, he quit on us. He agreed with the corrupt probate investigator and my brother's appointed counsel that my brother should stay where he is at. The corrupt judge shut us down when we try to object. Tepper said to the judge, we did not know the process here. That's when the judge ended our hearing. The final bill was laughable and so false. The secretary/legal aid just did secretarial work with alot of spelling errors and grammar. Scott Tepper is a crook!

I don’t recommended Scott Temper to any one for any of his services he is a #1 liar of the Imperial Valley. He lied about me getting custody of my grandchildren. He charged me $6,000 dollars in total. It took me about a year for my savings just to get burned. A big slap in the face. He doesn’t deserve any stars.

The best lawyer in the town. Very empathic with people who want legal assistance. He helped me in a legal case and he did great!

Worst lawyer around and his secretary don't even get me started on that. Don't waste your time with them
