My husband and I closed on our new home July 2024. Scott and his whole team were absolutely amazing to work with. In order to close on time, one employee Jenn Roach worked hours after her shift ended to help get everyone set and finalized. Praise to her big time!! Every employee we came in contact with was such a pleasure to work with. The day of closing...... We finally met Scott. How sweet he was, and MAN oh MAN he had my favorite childhood candy sitting in the middle of the table. I was super excited!! As first time home buyers we thought we would have a million and one questions, but once he sat down and went over every document with us we had none. Very professional. I have OCD and had him giggling bc i was straightening his papers and pens as he was working. Loved him and his team and If we ever go through this process again, we will definitely be returning to his facility. Thanks team for all you do for people, making dreams come true.

We have met for extended periods now several times with Scott. We find him to be intelligent, thoughtful, an excellent teacher, fun, and maybe the finest professional we’ve ever worked with. There is a spiritual quality, a sort of inner light, that shines through him, though he is modest and not trying in the least to be anything but himself. Buying a home can very stressful and buying one out if town not knowing anyone makes it even more stressful. Scott B Umstead came highly recommend and he did not disappoint. Scott and his team made me feel very comfortable from the minute I got my first email to the day I walked into his office to completed my paper work that Scott covered in detail and took time to get to know me without making me feel rushed.
