I would just like to take the time to tell you about this attorney. He represented me a few years back and gave me poor advise and was a friend of my ex-husbands, yet took my case anyway. He took my case without telling me that he was friends with my ex. He told me the custody agreement my ex's attorney wrote up, was the only thing I would get, which was half custody. When in turn, I would have received full custody and him supervised visitation with the history of violence on him. I would not recommend anyone to him, not even my worst enemy. I strongly advise you to take this letter into consideration when making a judgment call on him. He caused me to have half custody with a man who tried to commit suicide and was mentally unstable at best. I had plenty of documents showing how unstable he was as well as abusive. In turn I would have received full custody, supervised visitation, along with alimony for being married for 11yrs. I hope that you will understand this and realize that he is not what he seems to be. He is not a good person, nor attorney. His morals and values will get him in trouble in the long run. It was my first divorce and I had no clue an attorney could do such things. I never agreed to half custody and he told me I was primary resident, only to amend it without my consent 5 days later. It has been a hard road and long one. My ex has been terrible in working with me and even tried to get more custody because of his anger. This of course never happened, but I should have reported him back then, but I was so distraught. I plan to report this man to the Bar and hopefully you will think twice in this matter honoring such a person. Regards, Tiffany
If “0” were an option, that’s exactly what this individual deserves! If you’re thinking about hiring this person to represent you, you’re better off representing yourself. He will lie to you and the Courts, in every instance and he will cancel every Hearing at his convenience, because of his poorly managed schedule. He will NOT follow through with anything verbally discussed with him and he will NOT divulge the truth about your case. I filed a complaint with the Florida Bar loser year, they contacted him, he promised to represent as he was paid to do, but that never happened. He proceeded to cancel Hearings for the subsequent 6 months and never informed me of the reality of my case. He withdrew when the Judge asked if I felt he was capable of representing me, which I of course answered, ABSOLUTELY NOT. I’ve contacted the Florida Bar again, and reopened my complaint with them but unfortunately, it’ll be piled onto the rest of the complaints. After speaking with Mr. Ramnath (Ft. Lauderdale Florida Bar), I was reassured by Mr. Ramnath that they rarely ask for Disbarment but in the case of Rubinchik, a case is already pending with the Supreme Court to disbar this individual and they will inform me when that does occur. Obviously, monies paid are lost but what hurts the most is the wasted time I could NOT afford to lose. If he seems reasonably priced, there’s a reason for that, he’ll do whatever suits him best and not what’s in your best interest. You’ll simply get what you paid for, so BEWARE before consulting this person, educate yourself, contact the Florida Bar and the BBB first and find out for yourself. #ZeroEthics
he was recommended to me I was very emotional at the time I needed him to defend me in an unjust accusation I'd already been using another attorney who let me down & mr. Rubinchik showed up in court before we even met he was very well dressed with a calm empathetic demeanorWhen he walked into the courtroom everyone turned their heads he has a very strong confident aura about him I highly recommend him Ive used him for traffic tickets criminal & family law.
I am going to report this freaking idiot to Florida bar if he doesn't stop having his office staff go out and harass my fiance at his home. I am so sick of him and his office folk! They are leaving threatening letters on thev door almost every week just about Everyone knows if u are threatening a eviction it has to go through the courts. This case is a family case NOT a criminal case.This is a family matter!!! I feel that this is harassment and is very unacceptable. And this needs to STOP CEASE ASAP! This is a ongoing family case and has nothing to do with MR. RUBINCHIK. Physically and Emotionally draining. I will be filing a complaint against this fraudulent office! This guy is totally dishonest and incompetent. This is legal misconduct at a all time high. MR. RUBINCHIK has forgotten obviously that every state has a agency responsible for licensing and disciplining. I will take further action...
