The attorney at Carlile Patchen & Murphy that I had to deal with was so unresponsive and unreliable that I can only consider them to be completely unprofessional. I had to deal with them during a corporate transaction, I was the seller and they buyer was represented by Carlile Patchen & Murphy. They were the escrow agent for a large amount of money that was being held until all tax clearances were confirmed. The release of the escrow money was delayed for over a year because they were unresponsive and did not communicate what was going on. Even the person that they were representing was very frustrated with them and their unprofessional behavior. I would warn anyone to stay away based on the experience I had with them.
